1. Office Button - By using the Office Button, you can complete the tasks associated with Microsoft Word documents. To access the Office Button, click on it once. You will get a menu.

  1. New (Ctrl + N) - Using this command, you can create a new document in Microsoft Word.
  2. Open (Ctrl + O) - With this command, you can open a document made in Microsoft Word.
  3. Save (Ctrl + S) - Using this command, you can secure the current document in secondary memory.
  4. Save As (Alt + F + A) - With this command, you can secure the current document in another name or other file format.
  5. Print (Ctrl + P) - You can print the current document with this command.
  6. Prepare (Alt + F + E) - With this command, you can prepare the Word document for distribution.
  7. Send (Alt + F + D) - Using this command you can e-mail or fax the Word document.
  8. Publish (Alt + F + U) - With this command, you can publish the Word document on the Internet.
  9. Close (Ctrl + W) - With this command, you can close the current Open Word document.
  10. Recent documents - This area shows the document made immediately.
  11. Word Options (Alt + F + I) - With this option you can change the settings of Microsoft Word according to your work.
  12. Exit Word (Alt + F4) - You can close Microsoft Word using this option.

a Minimize button - Using this button you can minimize the application (shortening the taskbar).

c. Close button - With this button you can close the application.

  1. Undo (Ctrl + Z) - Using this option, you can remove tasks done one by one immediately.

  4. Copy (Ctrl + C) - You can copy selected text using this option.
  5. Paste (Ctrl + V) - Using this option, you can paste the cut or copied text.
  6. Find (Ctrl + F) - You can search for text using this option.
  7. Replace (Ctrl + H) - Using this option you can search and replace text.
  8. Goto (Ctrl + G) - Using this option you can jump from one page to another.

1. Font- With this help you can change the text or texture of the text. 

To change the font-
  1. Select the text.
  2. Click the Home tab.
  3. Click on the pull-down button of the font option.
  4. Select font from font list.

  3. Click the pull down button of the Font Color option.
  4. Choose Font Color from Font Color List.

Bold (Ctrl + B) - With this option you can bold text.

6. Clear Formatting - Using this option, you can remove formatting of any type of text.

1. Text alignment - Using this option you can insert text in the align.

There are 4 types of text alignments given in Microsoft Word-

i. Left Alignment - Left align by default is alignment. When you type any text on the Microsoft Word page, the alignment of the text is left to the left.

ii. Center Alignment - With the help of this alignment, you can align the text in the center.
